1.Definition

a.The definition of OEM

The product is produced not directly by company ,instead of handing over the specific processing tasks to other manufactory but using their own "key core technology" to be responsible for designing and developing, controlling sales "channels"。

b.The definition of ODM

After the product is designed well by some manufacturer , other companies may be appealed by  the product in some case and require to be with the own brand or just slightly changing design for producing .

2.The service for OEM and ODM

a.A company that already has a registered trademark (® at the top right of the trademark).

b.A company (TM) that has applied for a trademark but has not officially approved it and has received a notice of acceptance of the trademark.
